Day 2.  Last night wasn’t as bad as I thought…but I was still a bit high on my carbs.  Another hot day here (33C) so I’m glad I planned ahead and bought groceries before this heat wave.  That’s one off the big things in any kind of diet – plan ahead so you always have the right kinds of food on hand.

Weight: 315 lbs or 142.8 kg

Total weight loss: .5 kg

Meals:

Breakfast:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 pork sausage links
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups coffee
  • 2 tbsp. Half & Half

Lunch:

  • 3 boiled eggs

Supper:

  • Greek salad
  • 350 g of rotisserie chicken

Total for the day:

Calories: 2,250.2
Protein: 217.8 (need to lower this by about 100g)
Net Carbs: 26.4 (a bit high)
Fat: 144.8 (need a bit more – about another 20g)
