Good morning everyone! Sixteen more days until I start to transition to foods…getting excited 🙂
So, I went to see my doctor yesterday. I was able to reduce my diabetes medications again, so I am now down to ONE pill per day, or SEVEN per week. This is down from FOURTY TWO pills per week just 2 months ago.
I mentioned on an earlier post that there was some concern about my heart rate. Since I started checking the last week of May, it has been consistently low – usually anywhere from 45-55 beats per minute. My last doctor visit I was referred to get an ECG which indicated no issues with my sinus rhythm so now I am being referred to get a 24 hour heart monitor, wearing a halter of some sort. I guess we’ll see what new joy this brings 🙂
Work has picked up again, so this is a good thing. My bursitis is also settling down. I’ve been using a TENS machine lately and that really seems to help. That along with paying real close attention to my posture while at my computer.
