Broke the 260 barrier! At this rate, barring no unforeseen circumstances, I should be able to meet my goal of 250 pounds by the end of this month. In fact, it’s conceivable that I may surpass this goal. Which may be good as I don’t know what to expect when I transition back into a plant based diet. Will I gain some weight back? Will I stall out? Or, will I continue to lose weight, but slower, due to a healthier diet?
I must admit though, I am really looking forward to eating solid foods. I promised myself though, that I would do the full 60 days and then begin the slow transition of introducing food.
