Another gorgeous day. The sun is shining and it promises to be about 22C this afternoon. I finally hit 20 lbs. of weight loss, although I seem to have plateaued somewhat. I hear gurglings in my bowels for the last day so I suspect a movement is imminent. Having my first juice of the day as I type this.
I read something last night about drinking some hot water with a piece of lemon, first thing in the morning. I think I’ll need to see what that is all about and what its possible benefits are.
Today I will ensure to drink lots of water. I try to remind myself, but it’s so easy to forget – I’ve set hourly reminders on my phone – I hope this helps. Tonight I will prepare a lemon so that tomorrow all I need to do is add warm water and drink up before I take my morning walk with the dog. can’t hurt 🙂

Hi everyone. I’ve been on this juicing for 10 days now and I will admit, at times it’s tough. I was hoping the hunger would be gone by now, but today was especially difficult. I read that the most common reason for hunger is not enough juices and / or not enough water. It’s 7 pm here and I’ve already had 6 juices and at least 2 liters of water. That, along with almost a liter of coconut water.
What I do know is this. I’m sick and tired of feeling this way, so I feel very determined. When this feels almost unbearable, I go for a walk, take some deep breathes, smoke a joint…do what I need to do to make it to the next day.
I just made a huge batch so lots of supplies in the fridge for tomorrow.
